On April 24, 2023, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision for the Court's consideration. Upon further review, however, it appears that the only notice of deficiency in the Court's record was issued to petitioner Travis H. Bird.
Accordingly, upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, on or before May 19, 2023, respondent shall file a Response to this Order and attach thereto a copy of the notice of deficiency issued to petitioner Denise G. Bird. The Court will hold the parties' proposed stipulated decision in abeyance.
