MEMORANDUM OPINION
Appellants Bio-Tech Pest Control, Inc. and Matisse Management, LLC filed a motion to dismiss this appeal. The appellants filed the motion before this Court decided any issues in the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1). No other party appealed from the judgment the trial court issued. We grant their motion and dismiss appeal number 09-19-00372-CV.
