ORDER

David Gustafson, Judge

The Commissioner filed a motion (Doc. 12) for a continuance. The motion also advises the Court that petitioners do not object to the previously filed motion (Doc. 10) of petitioner's counsel, seeking to withdraw his appearance. It is

ORDERED that the motion (Doc. 10) to withdraw is granted. Petitioners now represent themselves.

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion (Doc. 12) for a continuance is granted and that this case is continued generally. This case will not be called at the Court's session in Philadelphia beginning April 18, 2022, and the parties need not appear at that date and time. If the parties do not settle this case, then it will be scheduled for trial at a future session of the Tax Court.
