Billings v. Turner Corporation

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
May 27, 1988
525 So. 2d 1002 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1988)

Opinion

No. 87-301.

May 27, 1988.

Appeal from an order of Deputy Commissioner Patrick J. Murphy.

Peter C. Burkert of Burkert Hart, P.A., Fort Myers, for appellant.

Chester H. Budz, Jr., of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes Holt, Fort Myers, for appellees.

Notwithstanding the language of the deputy commissioner's order, the record adequately supports the deputy's conclusion that a fee of $14,500 was reasonable in this case. The order is therefore AFFIRMED.

WENTWORTH and ZEHMER, JJ., concur.
