Appellant's brief was due September 7, 2016. After granting retained counsel's motion to withdraw, we abated these appeals on November 15, 2016 for the trial court to determine whether appellant wanted to prosecute the appeals. These appeals were reinstated on February 7, 2017, and we ordered appellant to file the brief on or before March 10, 2017. To date, the brief has not been filed.
