On August 22, 2023, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction in this case on the ground that petitioners had failed to pay the Court's filing fee of $60.00. On August 23, 2023, petitioners paid the Court's filing fee for this case.
In consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered in this case is hereby vacated and set aside.
