On December 15, 2023, the parties filed a Stipulation of Settled Issues (Doc. 21). Also on December 15, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 22). Later on December 15, 2023, the parties filed a second Stipulation of Settled Issues (Doc. 23). The second Stipulation of Settled Issues appears to be a duplicate of the first except the first Stipulation of Settled Issues bears no signature for respondent's counsel. Accordingly, and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Stipulation of Settled Issues (Doc. 21) filed on December 15, 2023, is hereby stricken from the Court's record in this case.
