On August 31, 2023, docket entry 15, respondent filed with the Court a Motion for Continuance of Trial. By Order dated September 12, 2023, docket entry 17, the Court directed petitioner, on or before September 18, 2023, to file a response to respondent's Motion. On September 18, 2023, docket entry 18, petitioner filed Petitioner's Objection to Respondent's Motion for Continuance of Trial.
On September 26, 2023, the Court held a telephonic conference with the parties. The parties agreed to set this case, and respondent's Motion, for Hearing at a Pretrial Conference at the Court's November 27, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia Trial Session.
