ORDER

Adam B. Landy, Special Trial Judge.

On September 27, 2022, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision purporting to resolve all issues in this case. However, the proposed decision does not address the accuracy-related penalty, pursuant to Internal Revenue Code (I.R.C.) Section 6662(a), asserted in the notice of deficiency, dated August 11, 2021.

Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the proposed stipulated decision, filed September 27, 2022, is hereby stricken from the record in this case. It is further

ORDERED, on or before October 28, 2022, that the parties shall file with the Court a revised proposed stipulated decision, or in lieu thereof, a joint report or separate reports as to the then present status of this case. The Court will thereupon take further action as deemed appropriate.
