MICHAEL L. BEYERLEIN & AMY L. BEYERLEIN, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On March 18, 2024, the parties filed a Settlement Stipulation and a Proposed Stipulated Decision for the Court's consideration. A review of those documents discloses that the language of the first ordered and decided paragraph of the Proposed Stipulated Decision appears inaccurate and inconsistent with the Settlement Stipulation.

Accordingly, upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the above-described Settlement Stipulation and Proposed Stipulated Decision are deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 19, 2024, the parties shall file a revised proposed decision documents for the Court's consideration.
