ORDER
BETH WATKINS, JUSTICE.
Appellees' brief was originally due June 12, 2023. Appellees' first motion for extension of time was granted, extending the deadline for filing the brief to July 12, 2023. On July 7, 2023, appellees filed a motion requesting an additional extension of time to file the brief until August 11, 2023, for a total extension of 60 days, and we granted appellees' motion.
On August 7, 2023, appellees filed a third motion for extension of time requesting an additional 10 days to file the brief, for a total extension of 70 days. After consideration we GRANT the motion and ORDER appellees to file their brief by August 21, 2023. No further requests for extension of time will be considered absent extraordinary circumstances.
