DENISE DONOVAN BETTS, Defendant Below, Appellant, v. PNC BANK OF DELAWARE, Plaintiff Below, Appellee. No. 316, 1999 In the Supreme Court of the State of Delaware July 6, 2000

JOSEPH T. WALSH, Justice.

ORDER

This 6th day of July 2000, it appears to the Court that:

1. On May 5, 2000, the Clerk issued a notice directing the appellant to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed as moot in view of the appellee's April 20, 2000 letter, pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 29(b).

2. Pursuant to the Court's Order dated May 25, 2000, the appellant=s response to the notice to show cause was due to be filed by June 29, 2000. Because the appellant has failed to respond to the notice to show cause, dismissal of this action is deemed to be unopposed.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, pursuant to Supreme Court Rules 3(b) and 29(b) that the within appeal is DISMISSED.
