ORDER


A review of the docket sheet in the above-captioned case indicates that the complaint was filed on October 19, 2004, and that as of June 8, 2005 it not been served.

Plaintiff Pro Se shall have until July 11, 2005 to show good cause why service was not made upon the defendants as is required to have been made within 120 days of the filing of the complaint pursuant to Rule 4(m) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. In the absence of such demonstration the case will be dismissed on that date.
