ORDER


On June 10, 2005, plaintiff was directed to show cause, on or before July 11, 2005, why the action should not be dismissed for failure to serve the defendants. The copy of the order mailed by the Clerk to plaintiff's prison address was returned as undeliverable. Plaintiff never has notified the Court of any change of address.

In the circumstances, the action is dismiss pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 4(m) and for failure to prosecute.

SO ORDERED.
