On August 23, 2022, petitioner filed a petition to commence this case. On August 21, 2023, petitioner filed a Letter dated August 11, 2023, seeking to add Mun Hui Besaw, petitioner's spouse to this case.
In order for this Court to acquire jurisdiction to consider this case as to Mun Hui Besaw and to support the changing of the caption, it is necessary to obtain a Ratification of the Petition bearing Mun Hui Besaw's original signature.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, if Mun Hui Besaw wishes to be added to this case, she shall, on or before October 17, 2023, submit to the Court a Ratification of Petition, in paper form (not electronic), duly signed with an original signature (preferably in blue ink), in which she states that she has read the petition, filed August 23, 2022, and ratifies and affirms the filing of the petition.
ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve a copy of this Order on Mun Hui Besaw at petitioner's address.
