Gary C. BERTRAND and Melissa P. Bertrand v. Glenn J. PATRICK; AIG Property Casualty Company ; and Louisiana Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company Lisa Simpson and Lester Simpson v. Glenn Patrick, AIG Property Casualty Company and State Farm Mutual Insurance Company

Writ application granted in part. See per curiam.

PER CURIAM

Granted in part. Our jurisprudence establishes that "any exception to the [healthcare provider-patient] privilege should be narrowly tailored and should extend only to information necessary and relevant to the condition relied on as a defense or claim." Moss v. State , 2005-1963 (La. 4/4/06), 925 So.2d 1185, 1201. Accordingly, it is ordered that defendants produce all responsive documents under seal to the district court for an in camera review, at which time the district court shall determine which documents, if any, are subject to production under the exception to the healthcare provider-patient privilege set forth in La. Code Evid. art. 510(B)(2)(I). In all other respects, the writ is denied.
