Motion and Procedural Rulings.
Certified Question of State Law, United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, Western Division, No. 3:08CV3005. This cause is pending before the court on the certification of a state law question from the United States District Court. Upon consideration of the joint emergency motion for continuance of oral argument scheduled for Tuesday, March 1, 2011,.
It is ordered by the court that the motion is granted. Oral argument in this case is rescheduled for Tuesday, September 6, 2011. No further continuances shall be granted.
ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS
1. Amendments to Rule 10.05 of the Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio and related forms (juvenile civil protection order forms) have been adopted, effective March 1, 2011.
The final version of the amendments has been published in the February 28, 2011 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet.
O'CONNOR, C.J., and PFEIFER, LUNDBERG STRATTON, O'DONNELL, LANZINGER, CUPP, and MCGEE BROWN, JJ., concurred in adopting the amendments and related forms.
2. Proposed amendments to Standard Probate Forms 14.2 and 18.9 and proposed new Standard Probate Form 46(D) of the Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio have been published for public comment in the February 28, 2011 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet.
