For the reasons stated in the opinion this day handed down in the consolidated appeals in the cases of Galiano v. Galiano, No. 39739, 224 La. 1100, 71 So.2d 857, and the present case between the same parties, No. 40110.

It is ordered that the judgment appealed from in this case, No. 40110 of the docket of this Court be, and the same is hereby affirmed at the cost of the plaintiffs, appellants therein.
