The reporter's record filed August 9, 2023, is incomplete because it does not include the hearing or hearings on December 1, 2022. We ORDER court reporter Stephanie S. Moses to file the reporter's record for any hearings held in this case on December 1, 2022. If no hearing was reported by a court reporter in this case on that day, then Ms. Moses shall file a written statement with this Court to that effect. The reporter's record or the written statement from the court reporter shall be filed within THIRTY DAYS from the date of this order. If another court reporter reported the hearing or hearings on December 1, 2022, then Ms. Moses shall WITHOUT DELAY notify the other court reporter that the reporter's record is due and file a written statement with this Court identifying the court reporter for the hearing or hearings in this case on December 1, 2022.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Tom Nowak, Presiding Judge, 366th Judicial District Court; Antoinette Varela, Official Court Reporter for the 366th District Court; Stephanie S. Moses, Deputy Official Court Reporter for the 366th District Court; and counsel for all parties.
