Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. Memorandum: The order is affirmed because the evidence discloses no property of the defendant subject to receivership. All concur. (The order denies a motion by the judgment creditor for the appointment of a receiver for the property of the judgment debtor.)
