Berger v. Berger

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District
Mar 13, 1985
463 So. 2d 427 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1985)

Opinion

No. 84-480.

February 5, 1985. Rehearing Denied March 13, 1985.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Dade County; Joseph M. Nadler, Judge.

Neale J. Poller, Miami Beach, for appellant.

Ann Mason Parker and Richard J. Burton, Miami, for appellee.

Before BARKDULL, HUBBART and FERGUSON, JJ.

We have considered the four points assigned as error and find that the procedural errors complained of were not material or were not adequately preserved for review. On the issues of alimony and distribution of the marital property no abuse of discretion has been clearly demonstrated. See Kuvin v. Kuvin, 442 So.2d 203 (Fla. 1983); Canakaris v. Canakaris, 382 So.2d 1197 (Fla. 1980).

Affirmed.
