MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from a final summary judgment signed May 27, 2021. On November 2, 2021, the parties filed with this court a joint motion for voluntary dismissal, seeking to set aside the trial court's judgment without regard to the merits and remand the cause for rendition of a take-nothing judgment in accordance with the parties' agreement, with costs assessed against each party incurring the same. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a)(2)(B). The motion is granted.

We set aside the trial court's judgment without regard to the merits and remand the case to the trial court for rendition of a take-nothing judgment in accordance with the parties' agreement. See id.
