Appeal from the District Court of the United States for the Southern District of New York.

Before AUGUSTUS N. HAND, CHASE, and CLARK, Circuit Judges.

From a judgment in favor of the defendant in an action brought to recover against loss by war perils on three certificates of insurance issued by defendant covering cargo belonging to the plaintiff, the plaintiff appeals.
