GREGORY JAMES BENNETT, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondent.

ORDER OF AFFIRMANCE

Gregory James Bennett appeals from an order of the district court denying a postconviction petition for a writ of habeas corpus filed on December 14, 2017. First Judicial District Court, Carson City; James Todd Russell, Judge.

Bennett argues the district court erred by denying his petition because the district court did not consider the merits of his claims. The district court denied the petition because Bennett submitted it for filing in cases other than the one in which he was convicted. The record supports the decision of the district court, and we conclude the district court did not err by denying this claim. Accordingly, we

ORDER the judgment of the district court AFFIRMED.
