On complaint invoking this court's original jurisdiction pursuant to Article XI, Section 9 of the Ohio Constitution. Respondents shall file a response, if any, to relators’ motion for scheduling order no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 28, 2021. No requests or stipulations for extension of time to respond to the motion for scheduling order shall be filed, and the clerk of the court shall refuse to file any requests or stipulations for extension of time.
