MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS
On complaint invoking this court's original jurisdiction pursuant to Article XI, Section 9 of the Ohio Constitution. The clerk shall serve a summons and a copy of the complaint on respondents as provided for by S.Ct.Prac.R. 12.02. The Rules of Practice of the Supreme Court of Ohio shall govern the procedure and form of documents filed in this action. The Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure shall supplement the Rules of Practice of the Supreme Court of Ohio for this case, unless clearly inapplicable.
