Petitioner having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on this CPLR article 78 proceeding transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Wyoming on March 21, 2014, and having moved for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Adam Bennefield sworn to July 1, 2014 and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered June 6, 2014, is hereby amended by deleting the date July 7, 2014, and inserting in its place the date August 6, 2014, and
It is further ORDERED that the third ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered June 6, 2014, is hereby amended by deleting the date August 11, 2014, and inserting in its place the date September 10, 2014.
