In an action for divorce, judgment in favor of the defendant, upon the dismissal of plaintiff's complaint, affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Hagarty and Tompkins, JJ., concur; Carswell, J., dissents and votes for reversal and a new trial.
