In an action, inter alia, to declare an insurance policy in full force and effect, the defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 25, 1977, which, inter alia, granted plaintiffs' motion for an injunction pendente lite. Appeal dismissed as academic, without costs or disbursements. The case has been decided after trial. Mollen, P.J., Latham, Suozzi, Shapiro and Cohalan, JJ., concur.
