ORDER


This matter comes before the Court on the Parties Joint Stipulation for Dismissal. (Doc No. 12.) The Court, having read the Joint Stipulation and Dismissal, and being duly advised, hereby GRANTS the Joint Stipulation and Dismissal, and ORDERS dismissal without prejudice of the instant action, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(2), due to the fact that the Appeals Council has not issued final decisions on Plaintiff's Title II and Title XVI applications for Social Security disability benefits.

SO ORDERED.
