William Edward BENDER, Appellant v. The STATE of Texas, Appellee

From the County Court at Law No. 1, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 656203 Honorable Sid L. Harle, Judge Presiding

ORDER

PATRICIA O. ALVAREZ, JUSTICE

Initially, it appeared a motion for new trial had been filed in the trial court, which would have made the record due on March 31, 2023.

Subsequently, this court learned that no motion for new trial was filed, which made the reporter's record due on January 30, 2023.

After the corrected due date, court reporter Maria E. Fattahi filed a notification of late reporter's record. She advised this court she expects to complete the record by March 23, 2023.

The request is GRANTED. The reporter's record is due on March 23, 2023.
