On April 16, 2020, due to concerns relating to coronavirus (COVID-19), the trial session scheduled to begin in Dallas, Texas on June 15, 2020, was canceled, and this case was assigned to this Division of the Court. As directed by the Court, the parties filed a joint Status Report on July 28, 2021, advising that they have reached a basis of settlement and requesting an additional 30 days to submit decision documents. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before August 30, 2021, the parties shall submit proposed stipulated decision documents or file further status reports regarding the then-present status of this case.
