Maria BENAVIDES, Appellant v. WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF MFRA TRUST 2014-2, Appellee

From the County Court at Law No. 10, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2021CV00782 Honorable J. Frank Davis, Judge Presiding

Sitting: Irene Rios, Justice Beth Watkins, Justice Liza A. Rodriguez, Justice

PER CURIAM

Appellant attempts to appeal the trial court's order vacating a previous order staying a writ of possession. On November 24, 2021, we issued an order stating we did not have jurisdiction over this appeal and ordering appellant to show cause no later than December 15, 2021, why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. See Ramey v. Bank of N.Y., No. 14-11-00992-CV, 2012 WL 1048648, at *1 (Tex. App.-Houston [14th Dist.] Mar. 27, 2012, no pet.) (mem. op.) (concluding the court did not have jurisdiction over an attempted appeal from an order denying a motion to stay a writ of possession). Appellant did not respond to this court's order. Therefore, this appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(a).
