Armando BENAVIDES, Appellant v. Anselmo BENAVIDES, Antonio Benavides, and A.T. Trucking, LLP, Appellees

From the 79th Judicial District Court, Jim Wells County, Texas

Trial Court No. 06-03-44411

Honorable Richard C. Terrell, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Appellees' brief was originally due May 31, 2013; however, the court granted appellees an extension of time until June 28, 2013. On June 24, appellees filed a motion asking for an extension of time until July 22, 2013 to file the brief.

We grant the motion and order appellees' brief due July 22, 2013. Appellees are advised that no further extensions of time will be granted absent a showing of extraordinary circumstances that also provides the court reasonable assurance the brief will be completed and filed by the requested extended deadline. If the brief is not filed by the date ordered, the court may order the case set for submission without an appellees' brief.
