Your Honor:
On February 14, 2005, I received the Government's response to Mr. Bellomo's application for a Certificate of Appealability. Because I will be out of the country for part of this coming week, I am requesting an additional week beyond the customary two weeks or until March 7, 2005 to submit a reply.
I have consulted with the Government and understand that there is no objection to this request.
