This is an appeal from a final judgment construing a deed. Our examination of the record reveals that the learned trial judge properly and correctly construed the deed in accordance with the plain and unambiguous provisions thereof. Accordingly, no error having been demonstrated, the final judgment here appealed is

AFFIRMED.
