Order reversed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and objections to the sufficiency of the petition sustained, with ten dollars costs, with leave to the petitioner to amend the petition, if so advised. Held, that the petition should state that trees are to be trimmed "not to exceed" a certain distance, instead of stating "at least" a certain distance. All concurred.
