CONFESSION OF JUDGMENT, § 74when error to open up judgment for rent only in part and not as whole. On motion to open up confession judgment for rent, and for leave to defend, held that, under circumstances and rules of Supreme Court, it was error to open up judgment only in part and not as whole (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1943, ch. 110, pars. 259.15, 259.26; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 105.15, 105.26).

Appeal from the County Court of Lake county; the Hon. PERRY L. PERSONS, Judge, presiding.

Reversed and remanded with directions. Heard in this court at the May term, 1944.
