On October 13, 2023, the Court issued an Order directing the Commissioner to file a status report informing the Court as to the status of the requested document production and whether any or all of the relief sought in the Commissioner's motion to compel has become moot. The Commissioner filed his status report on October 23, 2023. On October 24, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties and discussed this matter. We will direct petitioner to file a status report to respond to the Commissioner's status report.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, on or before November 3, 2023, petitioner shall file a status report with the Court.
