This case is calendared for trial on the Court's October 31, 2022, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, trial session. On September 30, 2022, petitioners filed a motion for leave to file report and lodged a copy of the proposed expert witness report. The Court will grant the motion for leave in that the proposed expert report will remain lodged, and the Court will not rule on its admissibility into evidence until the report is offered into evidence at trial. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' motion for leave to file report, filed September 30, 2022, is granted in that petitioners' proposed expert witness report remains lodged.
