PER CURIAM
Appellees LRG-Loss Recovery Group LLC and Randall Harris filed a motion to abate this accelerated appeal from an order denying a plea to the jurisdiction until the Texas Supreme Court rules on Petition for Review Number 23-0632, which Appellant Beaumont Independent School District has filed regarding Appeal Number 09-22-00144-CV, a related accelerated appeal from an earlier order denying a plea to the jurisdiction in Trial Cause Number A190049-C. Appellant opposed the motion in a written response filed with the Court.
After reviewing the motion to abate and the response to the motion to abate, the Court grants the motion to abate the appeal. The appeal will be reinstated without further order of this Court when the mandate issues for Petition for Review Number 23-0632 or Appeal Number 09-22-00144-CV. The brief of the Appellees in Appeal Number 09-23-0038-CV shall be due twenty days after the date the mandate issues.
