Motion for order directing pro hac vice admission of Vincent Lee Marable III, Esq., an attorney admitted in the State of Texas, pursuant to section 520.1 (a) of the Rules of the Court of Appeals, for permission for Vincent Lee Marable III, Esq., to present oral argument and for further relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for an order directing the pro hac vice admission of Vincent Lee Marable III, Esq., is granted, without costs, and Vincent Lee Marable III, Esq., is admitted pro hac vice for the purpose of representing appellants upon the appeal, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for permission for Vincent Lee Marable III, Esq., to present oral argument and for further relief is granted, without costs.
