In this case before us, Appellant filed his notice of appeal more than 30 days after rendition of the lower court's order; therefore, this court is without appellate jurisdiction. See Fla.R.App.P. 9.110(b). Accordingly, we dismiss his appeal for lack of jurisdiction.

DISMISSED.
