SALES, § 159action against vendor for purchase price, notice to manufacturer unnecessary. In action by purchaser of corn picker on conditional sales contract to recover money paid because the machine did not work as warranted, since suit was against vendor and not manufacturer, giving notice to manufacturer was unnecessary, and evidence justified judgment for plaintiff below.
