ORDER

Alina I. Marshall Judge

This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 18, 2022, for cases in which Knoxville, Tennessee, is the place of trial.

On January 18, 2022, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision resolving this case. However, that decision states that a deficiency in Federal income tax is due from petitioners "for the taxable year 207". Accordingly, the Court will strike the parties' proposed stipulated decision.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' proposed stipulated decision, filed January 18, 2022, at Docket Index No. 8, is hereby stricken from the record. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before February 11, 2022, the parties shall file a revised signed proposed stipulated decision in this case.
