On May 16, 2023, the parties reported that the case has been assigned to an Appeals Officer and an Appeals conference is tentatively set for August 2023. On September 12, 2023, the parties reported this case remains in Appeals. The report further states that the parties would like to report to the Court the outcome of the Appeals conference in 90 days.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that on or before March 12, 2024, the parties shall file a joint report regarding the then-present status of the case.
