On December 15, 2023, the parties filed a joint status report. The report states that petitioner has been unable to reach a resolution of this case with the Independent Office of IRS Appeals. The parties have commenced discovery and request that the Court order a status report in 90 days to provide the then current status of the case.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that on or before March 18, 2024, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report.
