MIGUEL ANGEL BEACH, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee.

On appeal from the 139th District Court of Hidalgo County, Texas.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before Chief Justice Contreras and Justices Longoria and Perkes
Memorandum Opinion by Justice Perkes

Appellant, Miguel Angel Beach, by and through his attorney, has filed a motion to voluntarily dismiss this appeal under Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 42.2(a). We find the motion meets the requirements of Rule 42.2(a), and therefore dismiss the appeal without reaching the merits of the case. Because the appeal was dismissed at appellant's request, no motion for rehearing will be entertained, and our mandate will issue forthwith.
