DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to strike scandalous or prejudicial matter, for extension of time to file brief of respondent Elizabeth Ingersoll, and for further relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to strike scandalous or prejudicial matter is denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file the brief of respondent Elizabeth Ingersoll is granted, without costs, and the time is extended to April 15, 2019, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for further relief is denied, without costs.
