Appeals having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about January 06, 2022 (Case No. 2022-00726) and from an order and judgment (one paper), same Court and Justice, entered on or about October 26, 2022 (Case No. 2022-05105), And defendant-appellant having moved for an order staying enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 21, 2023 and enjoining plaintiff-respondent from making any attempts to sell the subject property, pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
